1. Services
Hearth & Harvest provides seasonal porch and property décor installation services, including delivery, on-site design and setup, optional floral enhancement, optional winter lighting, and optional end-of-season removal, as described on each product listing.

2. Booking & Scheduling

By completing a purchase, you select a preferred delivery week. Hearth & Harvest will confirm the exact installation day and time within that week ahead of your visit. Delivery weeks are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and may become unavailable once fully booked.

3. Property Access
By booking an installation, you grant Hearth & Harvest and its crew permission to access your property's exterior (porch, steps, entryway, and any additional agreed-upon areas) for the purposes of delivery, installation, and, if applicable, removal.

4. Payment
Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices for packages and optional add-ons are as listed at checkout.

5. Weather & Delays
Installation and removal dates may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes.

6. Damage & Liability
Hearth & Harvest will take reasonable care while working on your property. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, and our liability for any damage caused during installation or removal is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the affected item, at our discretion.

7. Ownership of Décor Items
Unless otherwise stated, all pumpkins, gourds, florals, and decorative items provided as part of your package become your property upon installation. If End-of-Season Removal is selected, Hearth & Harvest retains the right to remove and dispose of these items at the end of the season.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

9. Changes to These Terms
Hearth & Harvest may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
